Delivery

Orders from HOM Store are delivered directly to your home in discreet packaging via DHL or DPD parcel service. If the order is placed before 5 PM, the package will be shipped on the same business day, provided all items are in stock.

All of our packages are insured and come with a tracking number, allowing you to track the delivery all the way to your home.

As soon as the order leaves our warehouse, we send a confirmation email that includes the tracking number. If no one is home at the time of delivery, the package will be left with a neighbor or at the nearest post office. In this case, we will send a notification via email.
