Our Return Service
Not completely satisfied with your purchase?
No problem! Items can be exchanged or returned within 30 days. This 30-day period starts the day after receiving the order.
Free Returns Within Germany and Austria
We offer a free return service for Germany and Austria, allowing you to return the order or part of it at no cost.
A return label is included with the delivery for returning items. You can attach the label to the box and drop it off for free at a DHL station (in Germany) or a DPD service point (in Austria). We will keep you informed via email about the status of your return and its processing. Once your return has been processed, we will send a confirmation email. Currently, the processing time for returns is 1-2 weeks.
Is there a problem with one of the received items? Please do not return it directly, but first send us a photo of the issue via email to service@hom.kaufen. We will try to resolve the issue directly.
Didn't find a return label in the box? Please send an email to service@hom.kaufen, and we will send you one via email.
You can also return the package at your own expense. You can use our cancellation form for this purpose. In this case, we do not cover the return shipping costs. Please return your package to:

Return Conditions
- If the return includes items with a combination discount or a promotion with a minimum order value, this condition or minimum order value must still be met after returning items. Otherwise, the discount will be forfeited.
- If part of the order is returned and the order value after the return falls below the required amount for free shipping, the shipping costs for the original delivery will always be charged.
- Items must not be worn and/or washed. Trying on over your own underwear is allowed. Any further action to assess the item (such as wearing) may result in a charge for the reduction in value.
- Items must be returned with all original tags and packaging (if possible).
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of socks or tights if the seal is no longer intact after delivery.
- We ask that you return items in the original packaging to ensure they are sufficiently protected during transit.
- The buyer is responsible for any loss of value of the items resulting from use that exceeds what is necessary to assess the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the items. If the item has been unnecessarily damaged, we may charge for the reduction in value.
We will refund the full purchase amount, as well as any incurred costs for the cheapest shipping option, as quickly as possible and no later than 14 days after receiving notification of the cancellation. Additional costs for options like express shipping and self-incurred return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We always refund in the same way as the original payment.
