We process your data on the basis of performing a contract, complying with a legal obligation, your consent or our legitimate interest in operating a secure and properly functioning online store, in accordance with Article 6 of the GDPR.
3. Website, cookies and marketing
When you visit our website, technical data is processed, including your IP address, browser, device, visited pages and the time of your visit. This is necessary for the operation and security of the online store.
We use functional cookies for features such as the shopping cart, language settings and login. These cookies do not require your consent. We ask for your prior consent for more extensive analytics, personalisation and marketing. You can change your choices at any time through the cookie settings at the bottom of the website.
With your consent, we may use Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Microsoft Advertising and Pinterest. These services may process usage data, click data, purchase data, pseudonymous identifiers and, where applicable, hashed contact details. The current list of cookies, providers, purposes and retention periods is available in the cookie settings.
4. Orders, payments and shipping
To process your order, we use your name, contact details, billing and delivery address, ordered items and payment and shipping information.
Payments are processed through Mollie B.V. and, depending on the selected payment method, the relevant payment provider. For delivery, we share the necessary information with the carrier. Your email address or telephone number may be used for delivery notifications and Track & Trace updates.
If you create a customer account, we retain the account details until the account is deleted. Data that we are legally required to retain may be stored for a longer period.

When you use our chat or product assistant, we process your input and relevant information about the online store context, such as viewed products, to answer your question. Please do not enter payment details, health information or other sensitive information into the chat.
6. Who do we share data with?
We only share personal data when this is necessary to provide our services, when we are legally required to do so or when you have given your consent.
Recipients may include hosting and IT providers, payment providers, carriers, analytics and marketing services, customer service providers, professional advisers and authorised public authorities.
Some service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Such transfers only take place on the basis of a valid legal safeguard, such as an adequacy decision, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or approved Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. How long do we keep your data?
We do not retain personal data for longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. Order, payment and invoice data is retained for as long as required under applicable tax and administrative laws. Account details are retained until you delete your account, and analytics and marketing data is retained until the applicable retention period expires or you withdraw your consent.
8. Your privacy rights
Where provided by law, you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, restrict its processing, receive your data in a portable format and object to its processing. You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.
