Returns & withdrawal

Changed your mind? No problem. You have 60 days from the day you receive your order to let us know you want to return it. This is your statutory right of withdrawal, and you don't need to give a reason.

How to return an item

First, let us know you're returning your order within the 60-day window. You can do this in either of these ways:

• Fill in the model withdrawal form, or
• Send us any other clear, unambiguous message (for example, an e-mail) stating that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.

Once you've notified us, send the item back within 14 days. Please return products unworn and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging with all tags still attached. For hygiene reasons, underwear can only be returned if the original protective seal is unbroken.

Your refund

Once we've received your return, we'll refund you within 14 days. We use the same payment method you used for your order, so you don't have to do anything. We may wait to refund until we've received the goods back or you've shown that you've sent them.
