Track & trace
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we'll send you a track & trace link by e-mail. This link lets you follow your shipment every step of the way, from the moment it's collected by the carrier until it arrives at your door.
Click the link in your dispatch e-mail to see the latest status and the expected delivery date. Tracking information can take a few hours to become active after dispatch, so don't worry if there's no movement straight away. Please also check your spam or junk folder if you can't find the e-mail in your inbox.
