Right of Withdrawal and Voluntary 60-Day Return Policy
Statutory Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party appointed by you who is not the carrier, received the goods. If multiple goods from a single order are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which the final item is received.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement:

You may notify us, for example, by email or by letter sent by post. You may also use the model withdrawal form at the bottom of this page. Use of this form is not mandatory.
You may also exercise your right of withdrawal using the withdrawal function provided on our website. When you use this function, you will immediately receive confirmation of receipt by email.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us. Additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us will not be refunded.
The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal. We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any additional fees as a result of the refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned them, whichever occurs first.
You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal, to the following address:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day return period has expired.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. When you use the return label enclosed with your order, we charge {return_cost} for the return shipment. This amount will automatically be deducted from your refund, so you do not have to pay anything when handing in the parcel.
You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Exceptions for Sealed Hygiene Products
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed or damaged after delivery.
This may apply, for example, to appropriately sealed socks or hosiery. This exception only applies if the item was delivered sealed and, once opened, is genuinely no longer suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons.
Our Voluntary 60-Day Return Policy
Not completely satisfied with your purchase? No problem. We give you a total of 60 days to return an item.
During the first 14 days, the statutory right of withdrawal described above applies. After the statutory withdrawal period has expired, you may return eligible items under our voluntarily extended return policy until the end of the total return period of 60 days. This period is calculated from the day after you receive your order.
Our voluntary return policy does not restrict your statutory right of withdrawal, your statutory rights relating to defective goods or any of your other statutory rights.
Would you like to exchange an item for another size or version? Please contact our customer service team before returning the item. Exchanges are subject to availability of the requested item.
Our Return Service
You can use the return label enclosed with your order. This return service can be used both during the statutory withdrawal period and during the subsequent voluntary return period.
Attach the return label clearly to the outside of the shipping packaging. You can then hand in the parcel at a PostNord service point. You do not have to pay anything when handing in the parcel. The return shipping fee of {return_cost} will automatically be deducted from your refund.
Once we have received your return, we will keep you informed by email. Returns are currently processed within approximately 1 to 2 weeks. As soon as your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation by email. In the event of a statutory withdrawal, the statutory refund periods stated above will, of course, remain unaffected.
Did you not find a return label in your parcel? Please email us at [email protected]. We will then send you a new return label by email.
You may also arrange and pay for the return shipment yourself and send the parcel to the return address stated above. In this case, the cost of our return label will not be deducted from your refund. However, return shipping costs paid by you cannot be refunded unless the return relates to a valid complaint.
Incorrect, Damaged or Defective Item
Have you received an incorrect, damaged or defective item? Please contact us at [email protected] before returning it. Where possible, please include a photo of the issue so that we can offer you a suitable solution as quickly as possible.
In the case of a valid complaint, we will, of course, cover the necessary return shipping costs. Your statutory rights relating to defective goods remain unaffected.
Conditions of the Voluntary Return Policy
The following conditions apply to returns made after the statutory 14-day withdrawal period has expired and no later than the end of the total return period of 60 days:
- Items must not have been worn, washed, damaged or soiled.
- Underwear may only be tried on over your own underwear.
- Items must be clean and hygienically acceptable and must not show any signs of wear, stains or odours.
- Where reasonably possible, items must be returned with their original labels attached and in their original packaging.
- The seal on sealed hygiene products must be completely intact.
- Please use the original shipping packaging or another sturdy shipping box to ensure that the items remain adequately protected during transport.
- For voluntary returns made after the statutory withdrawal period has expired, the original delivery costs will not be refunded.
- If items were purchased as part of a promotion, multi-buy offer or promotion subject to a minimum order value, the discount may be recalculated in accordance with the promotional conditions communicated before the purchase if the conditions of the promotion are no longer met after the return.
If the conditions of the voluntary return policy are met, we will refund the purchase price of the returned items using the original payment method after receiving and inspecting the return.
